Fuel Leak & Tank Repairs

Mobile fuel leak detection and repair for integral wet-wing tanks, bladder tanks, and rigid fuel cells. We come to your hangar, identify the leak source, classify the severity, and reseal the tank in accordance with the airframe manufacturer's structural repair manual and AC 43.13.

Visual, dye, and pressure-decay leak detection with proper classification — stain, seep, heavy seep, or running leak — to scope the repair correctly.

Integral Wet-Wing Resealing

Removal of failed sealant, surface preparation, and resealing of integral fuel tanks using approved polysulfide sealants and cure-controlled procedures.

Bladder & Cell Repair

Removal, patching, and reinstallation of bladder fuel cells, including fitting and fastener resealing, leak testing, and return to service.

    Removal of failed sealant, surface prep, and application of approved fuel-tank sealant.

  4. Step 04

    Test & Return

    Cure, leak test, refuel, and documented return-to-service entry.
