Airframe Structural
Mobile structural repair of aluminum airframes and sheet metal aircraft structure — skins, ribs, spars, stringers, longerons, bulkheads, and frames. Our shop comes to your hangar so the aircraft never has to be ferried out for repair. Every job is performed to the applicable structural repair manual and AC 43.13.

Section 01
01
Flush and overlapping skin patches, doublers, and stop-drilled cracks in aluminum alloy skins on wings, fuselage, and empennage.
02
Solid rivet, blind rivet, and Hi-Lok installation with proper edge distance, pitch, and hole prep per AC 43.13-1B.
03
Repair and replacement of ribs, spars, stringers, longerons, bulkheads, frames, and formed sheet metal components.

Step 01
We travel to your hangar to inspect damage on the aircraft and verify extent.
Step 02
Written repair drawing referencing the applicable SRM or AC 43.13-1B / -2B.
Step 03
Material removal, doubler fabrication, drilling, riveting, and corrosion treatment performed at the aircraft.
Step 04
Final inspection and 8110-3 / logbook documentation package delivered with the aircraft.
