Our shop comes to your hangar so the aircraft never has to be ferried out for repair. Every job is performed to the applicable structural repair manual and AC 43.13.

Capabilities

Sheet Metal & Skin Repair

Flush and overlapping skin patches, doublers, and stop-drilled cracks in aluminum alloy skins on wings, fuselage, and empennage.

Riveting & Fastening

Solid rivet, blind rivet, and Hi-Lok installation with proper edge distance, pitch, and hole prep per AC 43.13-1B.

Structural Members

Repair and replacement of ribs, spars, stringers, longerons, bulkheads, frames, and formed sheet metal components.

Scope of repair

  • Aluminum skin patches, doublers, and stop-drills
  • Corrosion removal, blend-out, and treatment
  • Rib, spar, stringer, and longeron repair
  • Bulkhead and frame fabrication and replacement
  • Hangar rash, ramp damage, and hard-landing repair
  • Engine mount, firewall, and cowling sheet metal
  • Control surface metal structure (ailerons, flaps, elevators)
  • Alodine treatment and corrosion prevention

Section 03

Repair process

  1. Step 01

    Site Visit

    We travel to your hangar to inspect damage on the aircraft and verify extent.

  2. Step 02

    Repair Scheme

    Written repair drawing referencing the applicable SRM or AC 43.13-1B / -2B.

  3. Step 03

    On-Site Repair

    Material removal, doubler fabrication, drilling, riveting, and corrosion treatment performed at the aircraft.

  4. Step 04

    Sign-Off

    Final inspection and 8110-3 / logbook documentation package delivered with the aircraft.
