Section 02
Honeycomb Core Panels
Floor panels use carbon or fiberglass skins bonded to honeycomb core. We remove damaged core, replace or pot as required, re-install inserts, and restore the skins with a controlled cure.

Aircraft & Helicopter Floor Panel Repair
We repair floor panels for both fixed-wing aircraft and rotorcraft, where heavy cabin use and cargo loads concentrate damage at inserts and edges.

Mobile Floor Panel Repair
Jax Aerospace is based at Northeast Florida Regional Airport in St. Augustine. Mobile service is available throughout Florida and the Southeast depending on job scope, aircraft location, repair requirements, and equipment. Where a repair is better performed in a controlled environment, components can be brought to our facility.
