Section 01

Aircraft Fuel Leak Detection

Leaks are located and classified — stain, seep, heavy seep, or running leak — to determine whether the aircraft can remain in service and how urgently repair is needed.

Section 02

Integral Wet-Wing Tank Repair

Integral tanks rely on sealant at seams, joints, and fasteners. As sealant ages it cracks and loses adhesion. We open the tank, remove failed sealant, clean and prepare the surfaces, and reseal.

Section 03

Aircraft Bladder Fuel Cell Repair

Inspection, repair, and reinstallation of bladder-type fuel cells where repair is permitted by the applicable data.

Section 04

Fuel Tank Resealing

Fillet, injection, and fastener sealing performed with specified sealants and cure schedules.

Section 05

Pressure & Leak Testing

Tanks are leak checked after cure before the aircraft is returned to service.
